What you will do

• Engage with enterprise customers to implement hirify.global solutions, primarily via remote conferencing tools.
• Perform installation, configuration, troubleshooting, customization, testing, and documentation.
• Provide technical expertise for creating solution designs and proofs of concept.
• Deliver product training to customers and partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback and drive product improvements.
• Define and document best practice architectures, templates, and processes for the field organization.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Brazil.
• 5+ years of industry experience in customer-facing technical roles such as professional services, sales engineering, or technical support.
• Deep knowledge of Linux and Solaris operating systems and UNIX system administration.
• Strong understanding of Internet protocols including HTTP, SMTP, IMAP, RFC822, LDAP, and PKI.
• Experience with networking topology, TCP/IP protocols, and components like firewalls and routers.
• Proficiency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese.
