What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data processing pipelines on Google Cloud Platform for enterprise analytics.
• Develop and optimize batch and streaming pipelines using Dataflow and related GCP services.
• Implement SQL-based data modeling and integrations across BigQuery and CloudSQL.
• Manage schema versioning and database changes using migration tools like Liquibase or Flyway.
• Automate delivery through CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into production-ready data solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial Java experience with a strong focus on Data Engineering.
• 2+ years of practical experience with GCP services (Dataflow, BigQuery, Composer, and Cloud SQL).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data connectivity patterns.
• Practical knowledge of schema migration tools such as Liquibase or Flyway.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, preferably GitLab CI.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher required for communication in international teams.

Nice to have

• Python scripting skills.
• Knowledge of modern data architectures such as Data Mesh or Lakehouse.
