What you will do

• Implement modern backend applications and infrastructure within a microservices architecture.
• Research and integrate cutting-edge blockchain protocols and on-chain project features.
• Build high-throughput, real-time scalable software solutions for a blockchain management platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new platform features.
• Maintain production reliability through on-call participation and incident response.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ukraine.
• 5+ years of backend development experience using Go, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in blockchain development.
• Proven track record of working with high-scale distributed systems and API design.
• Deep knowledge of consensus mechanisms and cryptographic primitives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for a collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• Experience building blockchain solutions for institutional or enterprise use cases.
• Knowledge of security best practices for smart contracts.
• Ability to integrate and apply AI tools in daily development workflows.
• Understanding of MPC, multi-signature wallets, or advanced cryptographic techniques.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
