What you will do

• Implement backend applications and infrastructure using microservices architecture.
• Develop and maintain a blockchain management platform.
• Research and integrate blockchain protocols and on-chain projects.
• Ensure production reliability via on-call participation and incident response.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new platform features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience in modern languages (Go, Python, JS/TS).
• 3+ years of hands-on blockchain development experience.
• Experience with high-scale distributed systems and microservices.
• Knowledge of consensus mechanisms, cryptographic primitives, and API design.
• Must be based in Ukraine.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise blockchain solutions.
• Understanding of smart contract security.
• Ability to apply AI tools in day-to-day development.
• Knowledge of MPC and multi-signature wallets.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
