What you will do

• Conduct asbestos surveys and safely sample suspect materials in accordance with internal procedures.
• Assess asbestos risks and provide expert advice to clients on removal or safe management.
• Collaborate with project teams and clients to ensure effective communication and timely reporting.
• Maintain strict adherence to legal, safety, and compliance standards.
• Support quality assurance activities, including audits and corrective actions for continual improvement.

Requirements

• Certification or qualification in asbestos surveying (e.g., BOHS P402)
• Proven experience as an Asbestos Surveyor in a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of asbestos-related legislation, regulations, and guidelines.
• Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel to various sites
• Proficiency in survey software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
