What you will do

• Perform testing, evaluation, and release of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Manage food safety and quality management systems (FSSC 22000), including document control and traceability.
• Coordinate internal, external, and certification audits, ensuring the timely closure of findings.
• Handle supplier quality monitoring and coordinate with procurement regarding material concerns.
• Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Provide training to production personnel on quality, food safety, and laboratory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Technology; license is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in quality control or assurance, preferably within food manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety systems: FSSC, HACCP, and GMP.
• Proficiency in quality control techniques, sensory evaluation, and laboratory testing methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
