What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and manage daily communications through established channels.
• Process and verify customer orders and coordinate delivery dates with internal teams.
• Manage shipments, deliveries, and related export/invoicing documentation.
• Register and track customer claims through to resolution, keeping customers updated.
• Coordinate the introduction of new products and designs between customers and internal teams.
• Manage commercial product supply, including purchase planning and handling supplier non-conformities.

Requirements

• Vocational training in administration or commercial fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or sales support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• English: Required proficiency in spoken and written communication.
• Location: Based in Nules, Spain.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French.
• Practical experience with business systems such as BPCS or Cognos.
