What you will do

• Lead a team of 6-8 engineers across the entire SDLC, from design and architecture to coding and QA.
• Contribute hands-on by writing code, performing code reviews, and solving complex technical problems.
• Partner 1:1 with Product Managers to translate product goals into actionable engineering tasks and business outcomes.
• Manage professional growth and career development for engineers through regular feedback and performance reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product designers, applied scientists, and other engineering leaders.
• Act as a custodian of overall architecture, security, and engineering standards across the organization.

Requirements

• Experience managing and developing engineers to create an empowering team environment.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development or architecture.
• Experience working in a product-focused environment with a deep understanding of the product development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of .NET 6+ and application security (OpenId Connect, OAuth2.0) is advantageous.
