What you will do
- Own the end-to-end patient funnel, from initial acquisition to long-term retention.
- Run continuous growth experiments across marketing, product, and analytics channels.
- Manage acquisition channels including SEM, Meta, influencers, and partnerships, owning the final results.
- Map the user funnel to identify leaks and collaborate with developers to implement conversion fixes.
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and AI to identify and act on growth opportunities.
- Drive the North Star metric of patient acquisition volume while balancing CAC and LTV.
Requirements
- Proven growth track record with a demonstrable case of driving sizeable impact.
- Strongly data-driven approach using structured hypotheses and tests.
- Proficiency in SQL; experience with Python/pandas, GA4, or Amplitude.
- Ability to use AI fluently to accelerate data analysis and execution.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to act decisively in ambiguous environments.
- Must have the legal right to work in Spain (no visa sponsorship available).
