What you will do

• Source and close high-value strategic deals by leveraging an established network of industry executives and decision-makers.
• Identify and map untapped market opportunities and analyze industry trends to uncover new potential partners.
• Lead the end-to-end deal cycle, from initial scoping and pitching to C-suite executives to final contract execution.
• Manage partner onboarding, providing necessary sales training, product expertise, and marketing collateral.
• Facilitate collaborative workshops to identify high-value opportunities within partner customer databases.
• Collaborate with internal Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless integration and maximum ROI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or business development with a history of closing high-value deals.
• Proven ability to pitch directly to C-suite and VP-level executives.
• Demonstrated experience and interest in the FinTech space.
• Ability to combine quantitative data and qualitative strategy to create long-term market advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in business or related fields.
