TL;DR

Regional Merchant Business Development Manager (Web3): Driving merchant acquisition and commercial growth for the GoBTC Pay payment solution in the Dubai market with an accent on high-ticket industries and enterprise sales. Focus on building a pipeline of qualified merchants, negotiating commercial agreements, and increasing transaction volume.

Location: Must be based in the UAE or have an existing business network within the UAE

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the merchant acquisition strategy for the UAE region.
  • Identify and acquire high-potential businesses across luxury retail, real estate, automotive, and other high-ticket segments.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to signed agreement and successful onboarding.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless merchant launches.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified merchant opportunities and report forecasts to leadership.
  • Represent GoBTC Pay at business events and networking opportunities to accelerate growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Merchant Acquisition.
  • Proven track record of closing new business and strong commercial negotiation skills.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, banking, or crypto products.
  • Existing business network within the UAE.
  • Fluent English.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with enterprise customers.
  • Knowledge of payment processing, acquiring, or merchant services.
  • Prior experience in the crypto or digital assets sector.
