What you will do

• Own the strategic roadmap and adoption for Workday, Jira, and connected business platforms.
• Drive platform architecture and data scalability to enable financial, operational, and performance insights.

• Standardize Jira workflows to increase transparency and strengthen cross-functional accountability.
• Align senior stakeholders to drive governance, prioritization, and value-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Aarhus, Denmark (Hybrid).
• 8+ years of experience in ERP/SaaS platform leadership, product ownership, and governance.
• Proven track record of managing platforms within international or matrixed organizations.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Solid knowledge of system architecture, integrations, and service operations.
