What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered backend services primarily using Python.
• Own the full lifecycle of AI features from scoping and prototyping to deployment and monitoring.
• Develop AI features across the stack, including APIs and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Implement engineering best practices for code quality, performance, scalability, and security.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience building production systems with a strong foundation in applied AI.
• Proven experience with GenAI design patterns, including RAG and agent orchestration.
• Strong Python backend skills (FastAPI or Django preferred).
• Experience with conversational AI and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector).
• Proficiency with GenAI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Nice to have

• Experience with DevOps practices: CI/CD, infrastructure as code, monitoring and observability.
• Frontend exposure, preferably with React.
• Familiarity with image generation models (ControlNet, LoRA).
• Experience in a consultancy or agency environment.
