What you will do

• Implement field strategies and develop local programs to enhance brand image and product understanding.
• Hire, train, and lead the Student Marketeers team to drive consumer conversion.
• Organize and execute key events and marketing activations tailored to the local consumer and media landscape.
• Drive consumer trial through activities aligned with brand values and international guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong personal relationships within regional culture and sports scenes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Field Marketing, Marketing, or Sales.
• Experience in event organization and marketing activations from an organizational perspective.
• Proven experience in managing people and teams.
• University degree (minimum 3 years), ideally with knowledge in Marketing.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong network and knowledge of the local student community and regional universities.
