Creative Strategist (AI)

Location: Spain, fully remote

What you will do

• Own traffic-source growth and define long-term and tactical creative plans and priorities.
• Maintain creative health across channels, structures, angles, and testing frameworks.
• Develop creative concepts that perform across placements and platforms.
• Identify risks and campaign issues early, take corrective action, and recover from performance drops.
• Analyze markets, competitors, and trends to turn gaps into immediate opportunities.
• Work with the Creative Lead and Media Buyers while mentoring performance creatives, editors, and designers.

Requirements

• Strong direct-response marketing expertise and understanding of conversion psychology and funnel mechanics.
• Ability to build clear storylines using proven structures and winning creative elements.
• Strong stakeholder management, pitching, alignment, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to use AI and creative tooling to discover, test, and roll out automated workflows.
• Must be based in Spain for the fully remote arrangement.
