Compensation: €2,700–€4,100 gross monthly (Lithuania) or PLN 10,300–PLN 14,900 gross monthly (Poland)

What you will do

• Manage and lead a team of employees, ensuring performance targets and SLAs are met.
• Communicate company goals, safety practices, and operational policies to the team.
• Assess team performance and provide coaching, training, and motivation.
• Optimize processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external escalations.
• Collaborate with management on hiring and team development initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Portuguese required.
• Must be based in Lithuania, Poland, or Portugal.
• 1+ years of experience managing a team of 5+ FTEs.
• Relevant experience in AML, compliance, or card disputes.
• Familiarity with AML and sanctions regulations (JMLSG, ML regulations, OFAC, POCA).
• Practical knowledge of SQL.
