What you will do

• Manage day-to-day delivery of Discovery and Target Architecture engagements.
• Own project plans, timelines, and stakeholder involvement strategies.
• Coordinate between hirify.global experts and client stakeholders.
• Plan and facilitate both onsite and remote workshops.
• Track dependencies, risks, and manage the change request process.
• Ensure deliverables are produced on time and aligned across all roles.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in delivery or engagement management for IT transformation projects.
• Experience managing discovery, architecture, or transformation assessment projects.
• Proficiency in fixed-price delivery and change request management.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above.
• German: Advanced (C1) or above.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.

Nice to have

• Experience in DACH or Austrian client environments.
• Domain expertise in Telecom, OSS/BSS, or network operations.
• Experience with RFP/tender preparation or vendor selection.
• Ability to coordinate multilingual and mixed remote/onsite teams.
