What you will do

• Lead pre-sales engagements, including client discovery, solution demonstrations, proposal writing, and effort estimation.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of SAP CX projects, ensuring they are executed on time and within scope.
• Define and own the solution architecture for SAP CX implementations across Sales, Service, and Commerce Clouds.
• Structure and standardize delivery processes and governance frameworks to ensure quality across all engagements.
• Act as the primary point of accountability between the client and the delivery team throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in SAP CX or SAP CRM consulting on complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Proven track record in senior-level pre-sales activities and client engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead delivery teams and manage project governance.
• Strong technical architecture skills across one or more SAP CX suite modules.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Must be based in Paris, France.

Nice to have

• SAP CX or SAP BTP certification.
• Experience in a practice lead or competency lead role.
• Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of SAP integration patterns and middleware.
• Experience with multi-country or pan-European programme delivery.
