What you will do

• Lead architectural design for complex, high-risk customer deals from the initial request to high-level design phases.
• Create solution designs, costing calculations, and obtain necessary approvals based on customer RFPs.
• Translate customer requirements into feasible technical concepts and coordinate inputs from expert teams.
• Manage communication, negotiations, and influencing across different levels, including DSM experts, bid managers, and external suppliers.
• Identify opportunities for business value through operational cost reduction and improved service levels.
• Ensure clear documentation and structured handover of designed solutions to delivery management.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technologies or a related field.
• Professional experience in ICT Analysis, Architecture, and Design with broad knowledge of enterprise ICT technologies.
• German: C1 (Advanced) level required.
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level required.
• Proven experience in Solution Architecture, Presales, Delivery Solution Management, or Complex Technical Consulting.
• Must be based in Slovakia for remote work eligibility.

Nice to have

• General knowledge of ITSM principles and ServiceNow.
• Experience with SLA/KPI management and IT security.
• Knowledge of service delivery and service management processes.
