What you will do

• Serve as primary contact for international defence stakeholders, managing complex technical and regulatory discussions.
• Coordinate internal engineering teams and external partners to align on project goals and delivery timelines.
• Own the full lifecycle of system demonstrations including planning, execution, and post-event analysis.
• Lead field operations ensuring flawless performance of hirify.global technology in real-world conditions.
• Manage project execution using Jira and Confluence, tracking milestones and clearing blockers.
• Capture user feedback to drive continuous product improvement and ensure compliance with defence standards.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Munich or Berlin, Germany
• Languages: German (C2/Native) and English (C1/C2) mandatory
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; military technology or aerospace background is a plus.
• Professional experience with Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong ownership mindset with ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
