What you will do

• Design and build complex multi-product Proof of Concept (POC) solutions and establish guidelines for customer demonstrations.
• Install and configure network management, system/application monitoring, and security-related products.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to identify and solve customer business challenges using the hirify.global platform.
• Act as a technical SME by resolving complex pre-sales support problems and answering technical queries.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and log analysis to identify product-specific areas for improvement.
• Consult with product managers to prioritize the product roadmap based on team and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany.
• SME-level expertise in networking, systems, applications, virtualization, storage, and/or security event management.
• Advanced experience with network or application monitoring solutions.
• Proven track record of driving customer adoption of technology and managing time-bound complex projects.
• Industry certifications such as MCSE or CCNA are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Windows and Unix scripting (VB, Perl, shell) is preferred.
