What you will do

• Structure and manage "regulated business as a service" deals within risk limits and legal frameworks.
• Develop technology partnerships for product integration, including channel, referral, and white-label partners.
• Build a portfolio of third-party investment products by conducting commercial and operational due diligence.
• Own the full P&L and commercial case for every partnership from negotiation to go-live.
• Coordinate between Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Finance to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

• Proficiency in leading regulatory discussions, technical integration reviews, and P&L analysis.
• Experience in end-to-end deal ownership, including finding, negotiating, and structuring B2B partnerships.
• Ability to manage complex project milestones and coordinate across multiple internal stakeholders.
• Eligibility or willingness to obtain Cyprus residency and work permits.
