About the Role

You will secure strategic distribution partnerships with crypto card programs, neobanks, stablecoin infrastructure providers, and tokenized asset issuers. You will position privacy as essential stablecoin infrastructure, lead partners from initial discussions through signed integrations, design incentive models, close major deals, and build a business development team over time.

Requirements

• 8–15+ years in fintech and crypto
• Experience scaling a startup from seed to Series A or beyond
• Experience personally closing complex enterprise or ecosystem partnerships
• Deep relationships across payments, stablecoins, and crypto infrastructure
• Strong understanding of regulatory shifts and market timing
• Knowledge of stablecoin ecosystem players, embedded finance platforms, card networks, program managers, stablecoin issuance, and treasury mechanics

Responsibilities

• Secure distribution partnerships with crypto card programs, crypto neobanks, stablecoin infrastructure providers, and tokenized asset issuers
• Structure deals for private stablecoin card settlement, private balances and transfers, embedded onchain accounts, payroll, and cross-border use cases
• Position Payy as the default privacy layer for stablecoins
• Make privacy for stablecoins a board-level topic for fintech leaders
• Translate regulatory clarity and crypto market progress into urgency for partners
• Own the pipeline from initial conversation through signed integration
• Design incentive models including revenue sharing, distribution, and funding
• Close six- and seven-figure ecosystem-defining deals
• Build and manage a business development team over time
