What you will do

• Drive the strategic evolution of SEO practices to secure an authoritative presence across all major LLMs and AI search results.
• Design and execute testing to determine how traditional SEO signals influence LLM citations and generative presence.
• Build and maintain an analytical framework to measure AI visibility performance and integrate new internal and external data sources.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to optimize data schema, site architecture, and API feeds for seamless AI ingestion.
• Evaluate new LLM releases and emerging platforms (such as MCPs) to translate industry developments into actionable strategies.
• Design and execute PR and community strategies to accelerate and measure LLM perception of the brand.

Requirements

• STEM degree (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Big Data).
• 6-9 years of relevant SEO experience with a proactive, self-motivated approach to problem solving.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a bias toward data-based decision making.
• Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Madrid, Spain.

• Familiarity with SQL.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
