What you will do

• Deploy ML models that support game features, player experience, and operational efficiency.
• Refine SQL and Python scripts for data transformation, feature engineering, and modelling pipelines to ensure production readiness.
• Explore and contribute to early-stage projects involving LLMs, RAG systems, and agentic AI.
• Develop interactive Streamlit-based tools to present ML/AI capabilities to non-technical users.
• Build and implement model monitoring systems to ensure long-term performance and business alignment.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to identify high-value AI opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience applying machine learning to real-world problems, from data to deployment.
• Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with ML Python libraries.
• Solid SQL expertise and experience working with large data warehouses.
• Comfort working with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure), Docker, and Airflow.
• Hands-on experience building applications with Generative AI (LLMs), including API integration.
• Authorization to work in the job posting location (Spain) on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Interest or early experience in RAG systems through prototypes or professional work.
• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts or frameworks such as LangChain agents or CrewAI.
