Site Safety Construction Supervisor (H&S)

Location: Onsite in Leuven, Belgium

What you will do

• Carry out daily safety rounds and detailed site inspections.
• Monitor compliance with legal safety regulations, internal health and safety plans, and procedures.
• Check safety-related elements including work permits, PPE usage, and machine safety.
• Detect unsafe situations and initiate immediate improvement actions.
• Ensure a safe working environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Leuven, Belgium.
• Degree in prevention, engineering, construction, or equivalent professional experience.
• Good language skills in Dutch and English.
• Basic knowledge of occupational safety, risk analysis, and technical installations.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Nice to have

• Prevention Advisor level 2 or 3 training.
• Experience with recruiting and contractor follow-up.
