Fullstack Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Develop AI agents that provide immediate and personalized answers to members.
• Build the cockpit and tooling that allows care experts to steer, correct, and supercharge AI outputs.
• Design the control surface for routing requests, surfacing context, and drafting replies.
• Influence product direction and lead technical initiatives that shape healthcare access.
• Mentor other engineers and build scalable software systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building scalable software systems.
• Full-stack experience covering both backend and frontend.
• Legal eligibility to work in France, Belgium, Spain, or Canada (Toronto only).
• Strong alignment with the mission of improving healthcare access and prevention.

Nice to have

• Experience with the tech stack: React, Python/Flask, and PostgreSQL.
