What you will do

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of Sales Trainers and Quality Coaches, handling recruitment and performance management.
• Design and continuously improve training programs and quality standards aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze training effectiveness and sales quality performance using KPIs, quality scores, and business results.
• Leverage AI-powered solutions, such as automated conversation analysis and adaptive LMS platforms, to optimize learning.
• Collaborate with Sales, HR, and Operations stakeholders to identify development opportunities.
• Oversee operational processes, quality audits, and reporting workflows.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in team management with a track record of developing people.
• Solid experience managing training programs and quality projects within a sales environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive strategic improvements from data.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI-driven solutions for sales training or quality monitoring.
• Proficiency in modern LMS platforms and quality monitoring tools.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Poznań, Warsaw, Krakow, Kyiv, or Bucharest.
