🚀 We’re hiring: People Partner (iGaming)
Location: Poland, Cyprus

We are a product company that is rapidly scaling and strengthening our team. We’re currently looking for a People Partner — a key role that will directly impact team growth, processes, and company culture.

💼 What you’ll do:
— Drive HR process implementation and support organizational changes
— Analyze employee turnover and launch retention initiatives
— Improve onboarding and ensure smooth adaptation for new hires
— Support employee development: performance reviews, career paths, and feedback
— Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, identify issues, and propose solutions
— Partner with managers to enhance team effectiveness
— Manage HR analytics and operational processes

✅ What we’re looking for:
— 3+ years of experience as a People Partner / HR Business Partner
— Experience working with high-volume roles is a plus
— Strong change management skills and ability to reduce resistance
— Strong analytical and communication skills
— Experience with performance reviews and development plans
— Fluency in Russian and/or Ukrainian
