Commercial Effectiveness Specialist (Agriculture): Developing and implementing training and capability-building programs for the commercial organization with an accent on sales effectiveness and field coaching. Focus on identifying capability gaps, designing learning solutions, and improving customer engagement practices.

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine. Approximately 50% domestic travel within Ukraine required.

What you will do

• Conduct training needs assessments and design learning strategies to close capability gaps within the commercial organization.
• Develop comprehensive training curricula, workshops, and facilitator guides for commercial teams.
• Provide on-the-job field coaching and performance feedback during customer visits to strengthen sales capabilities.
• Manage annual training plans and monitor learning effectiveness through assessments and business impact metrics.
• Coordinate with external learning providers and track L&D budgets and cost-benefit analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Economy, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Training, L&D, Commercial Excellence, or Sales Enablement.
• Experience working within an international organization.
• Bilingual or native-level Ukrainian and Intermediate English proficiency.
• Valid Category B driver's license.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI.
• Certifications in Coaching, Train-the-Trainer, or Change Management.
• Deep knowledge of agronomy, crop protection, or seed sectors.
