What you will do

• Plan, design, and deliver state-of-the-art leadership and organizational development programs across the global footprint.
• Partner with customers, stakeholders, and external providers to define growth-oriented development initiatives.
• Track and measure the success of L&D initiatives and provide detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Manage communications and proactively promote leadership programs according to the communication plan.
• Embed leadership principles and innovative methods into events to foster an innovation-driven corporate culture.

Requirements

• Expertise in leadership development, specifically planning and delivering programs for executives.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects and reporting to stakeholders.
• Strong operational excellence in participant tracking, venue coordination, and post-program follow-ups.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong ability to use AI tools effectively in daily work.
• Experience applying design thinking or comparable problem-solving methods.
