What you will do

• Monitor compliance with MiCA and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Advise management on regulatory obligations and their application to the business.
• Conduct ongoing compliance monitoring across the organisation.
• Oversee the implementation of internal policies and procedures.
• Report compliance issues and findings to senior management and the board in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Solid experience in regulatory compliance within financial services.
• Good working knowledge of MiCA, DORA, and AML/CFT obligations.
• Familiarity with consumer protection requirements.
• Understanding of governance and outsourcing requirements.
• Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with senior management and the board.
