Field Service Engineer

What you will do

• Execute service, repairs, maintenance, and overhauls of air compressors and industrial equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues using hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical control knowledge.
• Monitor and test run serviced units to ensure satisfactory operating conditions.
• Document all field activities, time spent, and technical findings in service work orders and reports.
• Provide technical feedback to specialists and maintain clear communication with customers regarding follow-up actions.
• Manage local parts collection and maintain workshop equipment and service vehicles.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Binan, Laguna, Philippines.
• Proven field experience in mechanical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in SCADA, instrumentation, control systems, VSD, and VFD.
• Strong technical knowledge of rotating equipment, pumps, motors, and gear assemblies.
• Valid driver's license for travel to customer sites.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and technical reporting.

Nice to have

• Degree in BSEE, BSME, or BSECE.
