Salary: £80,000–£110,000 per annum

What you will do

• Lead and scale a high-performing frontend engineering team.

• Mentor and coach engineers to support their professional growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager.
• Strong expertise in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Ability to work onsite in Leeds 2 days per week.
• Experience managing stakeholders and external partners.
• Enthusiasm for and experience working with AI tools.
• Natural leadership skills with a passion for mentoring.

Nice to have

• Experience with Node.js, AWS (Lambda & ECS), and Terraform.
• Background in high-growth SaaS environments.
