What you will do
- Design and implement the internal control framework within Finance to ensure accurate reporting.
- Evaluate and standardize financial processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
- Monitor control effectiveness and follow up on internal and external audit findings.
- Collaborate with the ERP team to implement process changes and optimize IT systems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align and drive process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, Auditing, or Consulting.
- Proven experience in process design and internal controls within a Finance function.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to drive initiatives to completion.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically Dynamics 365 and AuditBoard.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating in a fast-paced, international environment.

- Knowledge of AI.
