Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Macquarie Park office (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

What you will do
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the EX portfolio.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from concept and commercialisation to ongoing optimisation.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and portfolio performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Networks, and Delivery teams.
- Develop pricing strategies, business cases, and commercial models for technology solutions.
- Lead vendor relationship management, including roadmap planning and contract engagement.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in product management, solution commercialisation, or technology portfolio management.
- Strong knowledge of workplace technology solutions and enterprise environments.
- Proven success in developing commercial models, pricing frameworks, and go-to-market strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and execution.
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
