What you will do

• Manage full-cycle accounting, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and month/year-end closing.
• Prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
• Oversee accounts payable, treasury support, payment processing, and cash flow forecasting.
• Coordinate annual statutory audits and liaise with the SEC, BIR, and other government agencies.
• Implement internal controls over financial reporting and support finance transformation and automation.
• Monitor and account for intercompany transactions and foreign currency transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy; CPA designation preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in financial services, brokerage, or fintech.
• Experience with digital assets, cryptocurrency, or securities-related accounting.
• Proven track record of dealing with BIR audits and external auditors.
• Strong knowledge of PFRS and Philippine tax regulations.
• Must be based in the National Capital Region, Philippines.
