Procurement Support Executive

What you will do

• Create and process purchase orders and related transactions.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.
• Support sourcing activities, including RFQ/Tender preparation and supplier evaluation.
• Monitor supplier performance and escalate delivery delays.
• Maintain procurement records, SAP/ERP entries, and vendor databases.
• Prepare weekly and monthly procurement reports and support contract documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Administration (internship experience considered for fresh graduates).
• Basic understanding of procurement and purchasing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and interpersonal communication.

• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
