's CMC Tech department develops capabilities for AI agents working with crypto market data, trading and Web3 protocols.
What you will do
- Design and ship official skills across a 14-domain taxonomy covering market analysis, on-chain liquidity, identity resolution, derivatives and DeFi primitives.
- Define publishing standards, SDK ergonomics, skill signing and revenue-share contracts for third-party developers.
- Own the MCP server and CLI for skill authoring and build A2A and cross-agent protocol adapters.
- Integrate CMC agent skills into live agent products and turn integration learnings into documentation and helper APIs.
- Run CMC for Agent hackathons, create technical content and support Web3 × AI developer events.
- Improve LLM grounding and build evaluation harnesses for skill accuracy, reliability and economic honesty.
Requirements
- Crypto-native fluency in DEX AMMs, perpetual funding, bridge risk and on-chain identity.
- Ability to read Solidity code.
- Hands-on production experience with function calling, tool use and MCP.
- Production experience with at least one of LangGraph or OpenClaw.
- Experience building or significantly contributing to an SDK, CLI or API adopted by external developers.
- Strong understanding of developer documentation and product usability.
