What you will do

• Industrialize manufacturing processes for process equipment in the food and beverage industry.
• Define and standardize manufacturing processes for process piping from design to shop floor execution.
• Optimize 3D and 2D piping designs to improve bending quality, manufacturability, and cost efficiency.
• Program CNC pipe bending and optimize cutting lists for piping components.
• Develop standard work, work instructions, and control plans for pipe bending production.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives targeting Productivity, OEE, Quality, and Lead Time optimization.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or similar).
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in CAD design 2D/3D (Solidworks is an advantage).
• Ability to perform CNC programming (specifically pipe bending).
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma tools and methodology.
• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge combined with project management skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP.
• French language proficiency.
