Service Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Must be based in Rubiera, Italy. The role requires up to 90% travel throughout Italy, primarily in the Northern region, from Monday to Friday.

What you will do

• Prepare customer sites for installation and assemble packaging equipment.
• Install, commission, and maintain filling and distribution machinery.
• Perform on-site and remote troubleshooting and fault-finding.
• Conduct technical training for production supervisors and operators.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to resolve technical concerns.
• Execute timely reporting of all technical issues according to company standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Technical degree in electronic or electro-mechanical engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience in electro-mechanical maintenance and PLC/electrical systems.
• Native level of Italian and good command of English.
• Valid driving licence and strong computer skills.
• Ability to travel up to 90% of the time on a weekly basis.
• No relocation support provided for this position.
