What you will do

• Support sourcing projects across travel, fleet, and consulting categories, assisting in negotiations and commercial agreements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and internal databases.
• Support internal audits and perform compliance checks aligned with the company’s Code of Conduct.
• Execute tender and procurement processes, including supplier comparison matrices and PR/PO support.
• Handle supplier onboarding, master data updates, and vendor creation requests.
• Perform market analysis and support financial process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Administration or engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Autocad, and SAP.
• English proficiency required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with other departments.
