What you will do

• Support the execution of sourcing projects across travel, fleet, and consulting categories.
• Assist strategic buyers in negotiations, supplier interactions, and closing commercial agreements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and internal databases while supporting compliance checks and internal audits.
• Execute procurement processes, including creating tender IDs, coordinate signature workflows, and prepare supplier comparison matrices.
• Manage supplier onboarding, master data updates, and vendor creation requests.
• Perform market analysis and provide financial support for process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, Law, or Business Administration.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel (Macros) and Power BI.
• English proficiency level required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build strong professional relationships across various departments.
