What you will do

• Manage distribution readiness, availability, and service levels for new product launches.
• Lead risk management activities to proactively identify and mitigate supply and service risks.
• Collaborate with DRP, Site Initiative Leaders, and Market Planning teams to ensure launch readiness.
• Manage Supply Network Design (SND) projects and define relevant KPIs.
• Serve as a planning systems subject matter expert to optimize processes and network improvements.
• Conduct forecast reviews and root cause investigations to drive corrective actions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in planning roles such as DRP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or MPS.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience working with SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis in dynamic environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with advanced planning tools such as JDA.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Data engineering skills or experience developing Power BI dashboards.
