What you will do

  • Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition through to final execution.
  • Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, and deadlines across various internal teams.
  • Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, and strategic partnerships.
  • Prepare clear briefs, research notes, and action trackers for senior leadership.
  • Identify and close execution gaps across product, engineering, finance, and legal teams.
  • Take ownership of urgent business problems that span multiple departments.

Requirements

  • High-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline.
  • Structured thinker and clear writer with strong follow-through.
  • Ability to work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable handling ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities.
  • Must be based in Thailand.
  • Strong English communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, or fintech.
  • Experience in founder-led environments.
