What you will do

• Develop end-to-end customer-facing and internal product features.
• Build web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, dashboards, and operational systems.
• Support financial services including insurance, payments, savings, and investing.
• Collaborate with product, design, and mobile teams to launch features rapidly.
• Integrate APIs, manage data flows, and improve production reliability.
• Utilize analytics and feedback to iteratively improve features post-launch.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full stack software engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals in both frontend and backend development.
• Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, and production databases.
• Must be based in Australia.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to build useful products from rough requirements without perfect specifications.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplaces, or high-volume consumer apps.
