What you will do

• Own the services, infrastructure, and metrics for the payments platform to ensure reliable money movement.
• Collaborate closely with accounting and payment domain experts to translate complex requirements into technical systems.
• Build and extend APIs to facilitate seamless integrations with payment processors, banks, and firm systems.
• Take projects from initial specification through to shipping and scaling.
• Leverage AI-native tooling to accelerate development cycles and improve system design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of project ownership.
• Hands-on experience in fintech or payment systems where accuracy and correctness are non-negotiable.
• Demonstrated ability to bridge engineering and non-engineering domains effectively.
• Must be based in the US to align with company operations and compliance.
• Comfortable working across the full stack including backend, frontend, and infrastructure.
• AI-native fluency with a clear perspective on integrating AI tools into the development workflow.
