Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack (Fintech))

What you will do

• Design and build features across a multi-tenant enterprise platform for institutional clients.
• Develop using a modern full stack environment including React, .NET, Python, and SQL Server.
• Maintain architectural standards and ensure system performance and reliability at scale.
• Contribute to CI/CD and deployment processes within a structured monorepo.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment with a strong emphasis on code quality and consistency.

Requirements

• Strong experience in full stack software development with C#/.NET backend.
• Proficiency in building web applications using React or similar frameworks.
• Experience working with SQL Server or similar databases.
• Understanding of modern architecture approaches such as Clean Architecture, layered systems, or CQRS.
• Experience debugging and solving complex issues across multiple application layers.
• Must be based in or within commutable distance to Cape Town, South Africa.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Python alongside .NET.
• Experience with monorepo environments or very large codebases.
• Exposure to financial systems or data-heavy platforms.
• Knowledge of authentication, security, or multi-tenant architectures.
