What you will do

• Lead system architecture definition for advanced semiconductor handling systems from concept through release.
• Translate customer and product requirements into clear system specifications and technical solutions.
• Perform system-level analysis on performance, reliability, and error budgets to ensure robust designs.
• Drive integration of multidisciplinary domains, including mechanics, motion, robotics, software, optics, and vision.
• Plan and execute system validation, qualification, and test strategies.
• Collaborate with Product, Program, and Integration teams to meet milestones and deliverables.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or related).
• 5+ years of experience in engineering development as a designer.
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or multidisciplinary product development.
• Strong hands-on experience in complex system design, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to lead technical activities across multiple domains and stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the semiconductor industry or other global industries.
• Background in motion control, robotics, or precision systems.
• Familiarity with image processing and vision algorithms.
