Production Support Specialist 2 - Reprocessing - 3rd Shift (Engineering)

Location: Onsite in Sanford, North Carolina, USA. No relocation benefits available.

Salary: $24.00 - $30.30 per hour

What you will do

• Test and validate BCP machines according to Engineering protocols to ensure proper operation.
• Perform rework and repairs on quality defects that cannot be addressed on the assembly line.
• Read electrical schematics and conduct calibrations of hydraulic systems.
• Support Design Engineers by gathering data and conducting technically complex teardowns of components.
• Utilize CPS principles including 5S, Waste Elimination, and Standard Work.
• Catalog defects and resolutions using internal computer-based systems (ATRS, PSPS, STAR).

Requirements

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Experience reading technical drawings and blueprints.
• Intermediate proficiency with standard assembly tools and their applications.
• Must be able to work 3rd shift (Monday-Thursday, 7:30 PM - 5:30 AM) in Sanford, NC.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform repetitive operations.

Nice to have

• Experience in machine repair related to Electrical, Hydraulics, and/or Pneumatics.
• Knowledge of mechanical analysis and equipment diagnostics.
• Experience in skid steer manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
